@Chirstopher, yes the patch seems to work perfectly! :D Fresh install of ubuntu 14.10 & fully updated nvidia 337.25 from x.org edgers ppa
used it for about 30 minutes, so issues related to this. the only graphical bug i can see is when i minimize the windows the content is black, but i think thats not related to this bug.
