I have AMD Phenom II X4 975 (3.6 x 4) and AMD Radeon R7 260X (and tried HD 7770
instead R7 260X). Use open video drivers. Compiz load 30-40 % per 1 core of my
CPU without any action on screen. If I tried to move window CPU load (all 4
cores) is about 70-80%.
Other PC with CPU Intel i5-2500 (Intel HD Graphics) do not have that problem.
