In the Workspace Switcher view, dragging a window to either the left or
the right side of the screen can be used to make the screen cover the
respective half of the chosen workspace. However, the workspace that the
window goes to is inconsistent, contrary to what is expected. Sometimes,
it goes to the respective side of the workspace the window was dragged
from. Other times, it goes to the workspace that the window was last
dragged over, and sometimes something else.
I have provided a video but it should be easy to test and play around
with.
