Some more info on the bug. I created a new user and the bug is *not* presents. So it seems to be caused by a certain setting.
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the bug. I tried setting the same settings (in compiz config settings manager), but it did not reproduce the behaviour. So my question now is, where are these settings stored (which file)?
