I believe this bug in Oneiric maybe related to GTK3 or Gnome3 apps. In most apps, if I hold down Alt then hit F, I pull up the file menu. This works in Firefox, Seamonkey, and LibreOffice, but not in Evince and Nautilus. I manually activate the file menu with my mouse and that works, then I try to move my mouse to the Help menu to choose About to see what version is currently in Oneiric, and then the popup window that would show it crashes and only shows the outline of the box.
