Same problem here. More precisely: all windows will end in the FIRST
viewport you've designated via your shortcut.
For instance: I start ubuntu, log in, open a window, and send it to
viewport 3 via my designated shortcut (<super><3>). Later, all the
other windows will be sent to viewport 3 (regardless of the viewport
that I chose).
Very frustrating...
