As far as I'm concerned, the only really annoying bug i have to struggle with is during window resizing (in normal mode). As long as the mouse moves, the whole desktop is frozen (compiz benchmark applet and videos, at least, even if sound still plays). As soon as the mouse stops, every thing is back to life. In shape mode (I'm not sure that it's the right name, I'm translating from French), no freeze is encountered.
Moving wobbly windows works perfectly, but progressive (dis)appearing no longer works since Ubuntu upgrade from 10.10.
