A way I can currently reproduce:
 1. Open Banshee and set it playing something
 2. Close Banshee (with the red X, it should continue to play). It will also
show as not open in the Launcher.
 3. Go to Chromium (presumably other applications would work here)
 4. Select some text in Chromium
 5. Click on Banshee's launcher

Results:
 a. bfb goes blue (or blue triangle)
 b. The screen displays the Chromium panel, but Banshee's window is on top. The
window controls in the panel are for Chromium.
 c. Clicking the Chromium launcher does not nothing.
 d. Clicking the Banshee launcher puts the bfb back to normal and the panel now
shows Banshee's controls/information
