Unless I'm mistaken, that's still the february 11th 2010 release, which is 10.0.45.2. It's still considered a pre-release "alpha refresh" version.
10.1 is still 32-bit only. FWIW, I've had good luck with mozilla-plugin-gnash lately. It does real 32bit and 64 bit support, and is a lot more stable.
