You are correct that user able create and use their own resource-plugin.
What I was saying before is that the Unit-test pass without the
`@XmlSeeAlso({NMGpuResourceInfo.class, NMDeviceResourceInfo.class})` and seems
like no changes are needed there.
But I have not checked the endpoint /resources/{resourcename} or test adding
a new resource plugin yet.
I will try to create a mock endpoints for it as you suggested in another
comment.
