I took a look at the test failure, and it does look like this might help. I
wonder why the JUnit upgrade would trigger this though. It's `OutOfMemoryError`
due to can't create native thread. Is JUnit's threading model somehow different
now, such that it triggers more threads? I remember this came up on one other
test earlier too.
BTW, I will be traveling next week and probably unavailable for code reviews.
