Avro test failures.
```
Forbidden class org.apache.hadoop.fs.Path! This class is not trusted to be
included in Avro schema using java-class. Please set
org.apache.avro.SERIALIZABLE_PACKAGES system property with the packages you
trust.
```
looks like there's now a sysprop which needs to be set. There's some
implications there for testing sysprop needs to be set in execution or test
setup.
More importantly: mapreduce uses avro files in production. All uses of that
code needs to be reviewed to make sure it isn't using standard object ser/deser
as otherwise every runtime deployment of the services will need to set up a new
sysprop -which is going to be an incompatible change

> We should bump the avro version in the hadoop-project pom.xml from 1.9.2 to
> 1.11.4 in order to fix following CVE's:
> *
> [CVE-2024-47561|https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2024-47561]
> *
> [CVE-2023-39410|https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-39410]
> I already fixed it locally and can create a PR for that.
> A few classes need to be adjusted, because avro introduced new getter, setter
> methods for some member variables which are now private.
