We get warnings like

WARNING: Use --enable-native-access=ALL-UNNAMED to avoid a warning for callers
in this module
WARNING: Restricted methods will be blocked in a future release unless native
access is enabled
{noformat}
on JDK21+.
While this works now, it's better to add this early, and avoid breakage later.
This also cleans up the the console output.
