[DISCUSS] Hadoop thirdparty 1.3.1 release

Hi,

Is there a release planned for 1.3.1 ? When can we expect it, as the
hadoop-thirdparty-1.3.0’s protobuf has CVE-2024-7254 and we want to upgrade
to protobuf 3.25.5.
