Steve Loughran resolved HADOOP-15076.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 3.1.0
done. Couple of extra stack traces related to signing & third party S3 stores
added too...I went through the support calls that ended up with me, and these
were the ones we don't see ourselves.
Someone needs to document how to change signing options, but they'd need to
understand them first
