{{NativeAzureFileSystem.toString()}}, and
{{AzureBlobStorageTestAccount.toString()}} should return data meaningful in
logging & test runs
* account name
* container name/status
* ideally, FS instrumentation statistics
* + not to NPE if invoked before calling FileSystem.initialize(), or after
being closed.
