Just tack the suggestion onto HADOOP-11746 since I’m already rewriting 
test-patch.sh….

(which, at this point, I *really desperately* need feedback and some test runs 
on Jenkins.  The only thing I might want to change/do yet is monkey around a 
bit with how find bugs reports.)
