We need to make sure each of the contract FS tests are run.
For example, HADOOP-11244 shows that some might not be run by RawLocalFS,
meaning the tests arent actually verified.
This is sort of an "inverse test coverage" task - making sure the tests are
actually run is just important as making sure that code is being tested .
