Hive utf8

Hi,

   I put some file include chinese into HDFS.
   And read the file as "hadoop fs -cat /user/hive/warehouse/..." ,  is ok, I 
can see the chinese.

  But when I open the table in hive, I can't read chinese........(english is ok 
)why?
