include HDFS-96: HDFS does not support blocks greater than 2GB in 1.1 release?

Can you include HDFS-96: HDFS does not support blocks greater than 2GB 
in 1.1?

This is a small change which is only present in trunk and branch-2, it 
should also be present in the production 1 line.
