checkTGTAndReloginFromKeytab() does a small check and then calls
reloginFromKeytab() which has been updated to do the same check.
checkTGTAndReloginFromKeytab() is redundant, and should be deprecated if it is
publicly visible, or just removed if it is not publicly visible.
