fix datanode dir permission in hadoop-conf-setup.sh

datanode dir are created by the hadoop setup script and permission is set to
700 by default. When the dfs.datanode.data.dir.perm is set to a diff permission
in the hdfs-site then the dn fails with the the following error;

Invalid directory in dfs.data.dir: Incorrect permission for
/var/lib/hadoop/hdfs/datanode, expected: rwxr-x---, while actual: rwx------
