ant eclipse does not include requisite ant.jar in the classpath

RccTask imports classes from ant.jar
Importing the project into Eclipse results in these classes not being found,
because ant.jar is not in the classpath.
Note that this patch requires that ANT_HOME be set, but this is consistent with
the documentation as per
http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/EclipseEnvironment
