ant-eclipse-download: Always getting to
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ant-eclipse/ant-eclipse/1.0/ant-eclipse-1.0.bin.tar.bz2.
Can't it be moved to ivy settings to pick from "fs"? Will definitly save build
time for projects.
