Hi Sonal, Looks like this JIRA never got finished - Arun asked for some changes when he reviewed it and the original author never responded after that. Given that the patch is over a year old, it will need to be regenerated against current trunk and re-reviewed before it will be applied.
If this issue is important to you, you may want to take it on. Otherwise it's not likely to go into the next release, since no one appears to be working on it.
