follow up on the server

I have a need for ips now google is getting harder and harder to check cache 
and rankings.
I also still need bandwidth for my other project so looking to get a
server from you in exchange for some points or subscription on receive 
links.

let me know what you have first I need ips and a low end server to process 
cache
checkers for receive links so < 4mbps and access to many ips.

let me know what you can do.
