Maven 3.10 was released, with a breaking change. There is now stricter pom.xml validation that breaks on two duplicate dep declarations in wayang pom.xml files. See [this release note from Maven](https://maven.apache.org/docs/3.10.0/release-notes.html#stricter-pom-validation) which explains the stricter validation.
