Hi @zkaoudi, I’ve updated the Docker environment based on your feedback and pushed the changes here. I also published a pre-built image to GHCR so participants can pull the image instead of building the Wayang distribution during setup. I tested the participant flow end-to-end: the image pull took about 12 minutes on my machine, the Wayang and PostgreSQL containers started successfully, and I verified a Wayang plan executing across PostgreSQL, Java, and Spark.
