Hi! I'm a new contributor and I'd like to work on this issue. My analysis of the problem: Type Mismatches: In test_dl.py, the floats variable contains floating-point numbers but is type-hinted as List[List[int]]. I will correct these type hints. Hardcoded Paths: The test currently points to file:///var/www/html/README.md, which causes it to fail in most environments. I plan to replace this with a temporary file using the pytest tmp_path fixture or a local resource file within the repo. Enable Test: Once fixed, I will remove the @pytest.mark.skip decorator to ensure this is covered in the CI pipeline. I have already forked the repository and started working on a local fix.
