new 84cb229fe7 Simplify a little bit the NetBeans project configuration: -
Remove the NetBeans-specific "uncommitted" module. - Use symbolic link for
geoapi-pending dependency. - Add missing entries in `project.properties`.
new dd3ddafcb2 Use deterministic dimension order for user-specified units.
This commit fixes a random test failure where the order depended on which tests
were executed first, because the dimension order of the first cached unit was
the order used for other compatible units.
