Hi, I'd like to work on this. The cause is .toUpperCase() using the JVM default locale; under tr-TR, "i" → "İ" so MySQL type names don't match. I'll replace it with .toUpperCase(Locale.ROOT) in MySqlCatalog, OceanBaseMySqlCatalog, MySqlTypeConverter, and OceanBaseMySqlTypeConverter, and add a regression test that runs under the Turkish locale.
