CI follow-up on the unchanged head
`47c86179a1cd078e58db0cffebb96d7ea5c807db`: the previous "Build queued" fact is
now obsolete. [Run
41602375886](https://github.com/DanielLeens/seatunnel/actions/runs/41602375886)
completed with failure. This cannot be treated as unrelated CI noise:
`CustomMySqlAntlrDdlParserTest.testParseVectorColumnTypeWithoutCapturingVectorNames:103`
throws `ParsingException` in the changed `connector-cdc-mysql` module,
reproduced in the retrieved Windows JDK 11 and Ubuntu JDK 11/17 logs. See the
[Ubuntu JDK 11
job](https://github.com/DanielLeens/seatunnel/actions/runs/41602375886/job/126675314120).

The failing CREATE TABLE includes both `vector` identifiers and mixed-case
VECTOR column types with comments; parsing stops around the quoted `f_quoted`
column followed by lowercase `vector`. This is an executed regression-test
failure, so my earlier source-clear assessment is not enough for merge. The
next step is to fix the parser's handling of that exact existing fixture and
keep the assertions; then rerun the parser tests plus the MySQL 5.x/9.0 smoke
lanes on a new head. A blind rerun or a dev sync is not a demonstrated remedy:
current dev does not contain this PR's VECTOR regression or a replacement fix.
Other failed integration lanes remain listed in the run and still need green
results. This updates the existing CI blocker; it is not a second full source
review or a new batch of numbered findings. As author, Daniel cannot provide
independent approval.
