The earlier queued-CI fact has changed: exact-head fork Build 41162813818 is now successful. Apache's check rollup is still empty. This does not clear Issues 1-5 in my source review, especially the full-payload recovery allocation and unbounded retention/deletion-failure growth paths. The proposed revision in the discussion is not yet a new commit, so the current head remains not ready. Please keep that focused revision and its regression coverage as the next action; green CI does not replace it.
