The CI fact in my [existing full review of this exact head](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11485#pullrequestreview-5721322127) has changed. That source review is already published; this is a gate clarification, not another full source review on the same version. Source status: the existing EN/ZH schema-migration/dialect-fallback guidance and core helper comments remain open. CI progress does not clear those source requests. The [exact-head fork Build](https://github.com/DanielLeens/seatunnel/actions/runs/41164811654) is now `in_progress` / `pending`, attempt 1. Job conclusions: success=30, cancelled=1, pending=16, skipped=31. The run is active, so do not start an overlapping rerun. Its Check Helm Chart job is cancelled while selected integration lanes are still pending/running; that is not a completed green result. Keep the remaining source/documentation requests and draft boundary visible. The current base comparison is recorded separately. Missing Apache check adoption is distinct from the fork conclusion, and neither is an effective independent approval. Daniel is the author and has READ repository permission.
