已处理上一条评论中标记的 `connector-cdc-pg-base` 依赖缺口，新 head 为 `51f37b1ae00`（仅 1
个文件：`connector-cdc-pg-base/pom.xml`，+29 行，已获维护者明确同意修改该 pom）。
**根因（基于 pom 作用域的推断，不是实测构建失败）：** dev 上新增的 `connector-cdc-pg-base` 的
`PgBaseIncrementalSource` 及其测试直接 import `io.debezium.*`，此前靠
`connector-cdc-base` 的 compile 作用域传递获得 Debezium。本 PR 将 `connector-cdc-base` 中的
Debezium 改为 `provided`，而 `provided` 不会传递，因此该模块在本 PR 上存在编译失败风险。
**修复：** 在 `connector-cdc-pg-base/pom.xml` 中显式声明
`debezium-api`、`debezium-embedded`（版本由父 pom 的 dependencyManagement 按本模块
`${debezium.version}` 解析，本模块按本 PR 约定声明 `debezium.version=1.9.8.Final`），作用域为
`provided`：只参与编译与测试，不会被打入 jar，Debezium 运行时仍由 `connector-cdc-postgres` /
`connector-cdc-opengauss` 各自持有。XML 已用 `xmllint` 校验。
**验证范围：** 本地仅做了 pom 的 XML 语法校验；按 Apache SeaTunnel 的验证规则未在本地编译或运行测试，以 fork 上新
head 的 Build 为准（run 见下）。在该 run 通过之前，不能认为该修复已被验证。
