Thanks again. The CI fact cited previously has changed: this exact head now has a successful Build, replacing the missing-runtime-check snapshot in my source review. That clears the CI observation, but not Issue 1 about redistributed Kafka transaction-namespace ownership during recovery/rescale, or the documented prefix-lifetime follow-up. Those source requests still apply; green CI does not establish the omitted ownership invariant. No drift-only sync or unrelated CI patch is requested. Snapshot 2026-10-30T03:23:54.080283+00:00: head `322a6c75ca4b595659fb7c4d59813b36f1114f73`; [Label PRs when reviewed](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40916906799/job/123601354852) = `SUCCESS`; [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40901957551/job/123601348606) = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123681311711) = `SUCCESS`. Base `dev`; comparison `diverged`, ahead 1, behind 3; merge state `blocked`. Behind/diverged alone is recorded metadata and does not add a sync request. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective approval or a dismissal of historical requested changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
