### Purpose of this pull request ATR reports a license-text mismatch as a release blocker because the Apache License appendix uses curly-brace placeholders instead of the official square brackets. Restore the canonical appendix text in `LICENSE` and `seatunnel-dist/release-docs/LICENSE`. Both occurrences of the bracket notation and the copyright placeholder now match the [official Apache License 2.0 text](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt). This extracts only the LICENSE correction from the closed PR #13059. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? The LICENSE files included in the SeaTunnel and Edge Agent source/binary archives contain the canonical Apache License appendix.
