Thanks for the contribution. The CI fact cited in my previous conclusion has
changed; this follow-up updates that gate on the unchanged reviewed head,
without issuing another full source review.

   Gate snapshot (2026-10-28T15:52:29+00:00), head
`f49cd72245d058051bc65919e0ef95f3d0db0a62`:
[Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/122625616492) is `FAILURE`.

The blocking jobs are [Run / paimon-connector-it (17,
ubuntu-latest)](https://github.com/goutamadwant/seatunnel/actions/runs/40630481587/job/122632327295)
 `failure`.

   The executed failure is PaimonSinkCDCIT.testChangelogFullCompaction:
expected 2 but observed 0 in the Java 17 Paimon lane. This PR changes shared
CDC behavior, so I am not declaring that failure unrelated merely from its
module name. The latest-dev history has no newer change to that test or the
inspected workflows relative to this head; no matching upstream fix is
established. A simple sync is not a verified solution. Please investigate that
exact lane/report or provide a clean failed-job rerun before merge; a
speculative unrelated connector patch is not justified.

   My [previous source
conclusion](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/13027#pullrequestreview-5678808305)
remains clear for the reviewed scope. CI is not being passed by inference, and
this follow-up is not an effective approval.

Comparison recorded in this scan: base `dev`, `diverged`, ahead 1 / behind
12, no merge conflict. Branch drift is metadata here and is not an additional
sync request.
