Synced with the latest `dev` (eceeb0a) in a merge commit that only resolves conflicts (none were needed). The earlier shared unit-test failures are fixed on `dev` (#12874 and #12929, both by #12938). On JDK 17, `./mvnw -pl connector-jdbc test` passes: 1159 tests, 0 failures (6 skipped), `PostgresJdbcRowConverterTest` 15/15. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
