Thanks, @SEZ9, for mapping the responses back to your original findings. That is useful context for closing your threads: lazy applier construction, logical/physical table resolution, identifier safety, the writer contract and the paired docs should each be checked against the current head before being marked resolved. I am not adding a second numbered copy of those points or treating this acknowledgement as your final review. The check snapshot still has the workflow-approval gate rather than a completed required Build result; that needs repository-side attention, and is not evidence that the contributor should add another source patch.
