Closing this issue as completed after rechecking the original report and its resolution. The Flink launcher now resolves connector/library/plugin paths from the SeaTunnel installation directory (`APP_DIR`) and creates the runtime archive there. This fixes the diagnosed missing `DefineSinkType` runtime when the old launcher was invoked from another working directory.
