Thanks @SEZ9 for keeping the remaining requests explicit. My earlier default-off/opt-in risk assessment is unchanged; it does not close your outstanding review. The next useful author update is the EN/ZH documentation decision on environment-variable precedence, cache-mode requirements, global jar-cache side effects and shutdown-close scope, together with the requested F1/F3/F5 guard disposition. If any item is intentionally deferred, please state that with a focused follow-up link rather than implying it is already fixed. There is still no attached successful fork Build for the current head. Please start that Build from the fork Actions tab and link it; approval of a labeling workflow will not create Build evidence.
