Done in 5dbf76a83: the TODO in `WALReaderAndWriterTest` is replaced with the justification (identical field layout and enum ordinals before and after #9689; the static `serialVersionUID` added by #11257 is skipped by `RuntimeSchema`; the only wire difference is the `valueClassName` string, which the legacy fixtures set to the old names explicitly).
