Classification: A / Format Avro byte-buffer boundary handling. Current `AvroToRowConverter` does use `ByteBuffer.array()` for `BYTES`, so it can expose backing-array bytes outside the logical region and cannot handle direct or read-only buffers. #12906 is the exact focused fix. Please preserve the supplied buffer's position and limit, retain the existing full-array fast path where it is safe, and copy only when a bounded/sliced/direct/read-only buffer requires it. The regression set should cover bounded and sliced heap buffers, direct and read-only buffers, and an Avro reader-reuse case where a shorter value follows a larger one.
