Classification: F / MySQL-CDC to Doris `TIMESTAMP_TZ` wall-clock migration. I compared the report with current `dev` and found that the exact serializer path has already been addressed by merged #11524. It added the Doris sink option `sink.datetime-timezone`, which converts `TIMESTAMP_TZ` to the configured wall-clock zone; the current docs and JSON/CSV serializer tests cover that behavior. Since the report is from 3.0.0, please retry the minimal reproduction with a distribution that contains #11524 and set `sink.datetime-timezone = "Asia/Shanghai"` in the Doris sink. Then report the exact distribution version and connector JAR version together with the result.
