PG云实时同步到本地doris
## 第一步：SSH 隧道
## 第二步：Debezium 侧增加心跳 + 连接探活（加到 debezium 配置块）

`heartbeat` 会定时往 PG 写心跳记录，**让复制流不会长时间静默，防止 ssh 隧道判定空闲切断**，这个对你 ssh 隧道场景非常关键。
## 第三步：SeaTunnel 引擎侧重试策略（Zeta）
SeaTunnel CDC source 默认重试次数有限，遇到 Connection reset 直接失败。
env 里增加：
