Closing the loop on the current head `de042f22bf59bd2f039f04c06957b4b05010bc4c`: the failed jobs previously cited were runner-acquisition failures, not executed test failures, and the F1/F2 implementation and test mapping have been rechecked in the thread. I have no new source-side finding.
