Thanks for the arm64 diagnosis. Current `dev` builds the JDK stage from an unqualified multi-platform `eclipse-temurin:11-jdk` image and copies it into amd64-only engine images, so the host-platform mismatch described here is credible. #12855 is the exact fix lane: it selects the engine image platform for the JDK stage and covers the derived-image cache boundary. Please keep the implementation confined to E2E image construction, retain the generated-Dockerfile regression test, and let the required Build complete successfully before review.
