Thanks for the complete report and for opening #12843. I confirmed that current `dev` reads `api_key` into `QdrantParameters` but the shared Qdrant gRPC builder does not apply it; both source and sink use that builder. The PR follows the right narrow path: it applies a nonempty key once in the shared builder, covers authenticated source-to-sink execution, preserves the anonymous path, and updates both connector documents. The required Build job is green. Please keep review feedback and any CI follow-up on #12843.
