   CI note on the previous head (`363bb2244`): the run failed in two lanes, and
neither failure comes from this change. Details from the uploaded test reports:

   * `engine-v2-it (17, ubuntu-latest)`:
`SplitClusterFaultToleranceIT#testStreamJobCancelResolvesWhenWorkerCrashesBeforeCancelAck`
 - `expected: <CANCELED> but was: <FAILED>` after the 1 minute Awaitility
window (527 s into that class). `WebUiEntryPointIT`, the test added by this PR,
ran in the same job and reported `Tests run: 6, Failures: 0, Errors: 0`.
   * `all-connectors-it-6 (11, ubuntu-latest)`:
`DatabendCDCSinkIT#testDatabendSinkCDC` - `expected: <3> but was: <0>` after a
3 minute wait, unrelated connector E2E.
   * `mysql-cdc-connector-it (11, ubuntu-latest)` was cancelled at run level
rather than failing.

   I rebased the branch onto current `dev` (`c0d2398c8`, the branch had drifted
4 commits) and pushed the new head `d05eb9fee`, so CI is running again. No
upstream commits touched the two flaky test areas in between. If those two
lanes trip on the same tests again, I will retry just the failed jobs instead
of asking for a full re-run.
